In a surprising event, a Bengaluru traffic police personnel fined another cop for wearing the wrong helmet. The RT Nagar Traffic BTP posted a picture of the cop issuing a traffic challan to another cop for wearing a half helmet, which is prohibited on the city roads while driving a gearless scooter.
