Actor Siddharth has not issued any apology against the same but in response to the tweet of Saina Nehwal, Siddharth writes,
“COCK & BULL” That’s the reference. Reading otherwise is unfair and leading! Nothing disrespectful was intended, said or insinuated. Period.

The National Commission for Women has also come into the picture, where netizens called out to them to acknowledge his remarks. The NCW has called his remarks ‘misogynistic and which outrage the modesty of a woman” and has now sought an FIR to be filed against the actors for his crass remarks. NCW has also called out Twitter to block his tweet.
