Although the industry pundits were dubious about the performance of films in the theatres after lockdown, the success of Chandan Achar’s entertaining drama has pleased the biz.
Around 25 more screens added for the film
It is also a terrific achievement for the makers of Mangalavara Rajaadina. Featuring relative newcomers like Chandan Achar and Lasya Nagaraj, it is commendable that the movie has contrived to draw the public to the theatres. In fact, almost 25 additional screens are now playing this film, taking the total count of screens in Karnataka close to 100. The makers had initially released the film in around 75 screens.

Mangalavara Rajaadina is about Kumar, a character played by Chandan Achar, whose sole intention in life is to design a hairdo for his idol Kichcha Sudeepa. While the first half of the film has been fashioned to cater to the youngsters, the portion after the interval is an emotional ride.
The mixture of emotions has really entertained the audience. The viewers are also talking about the exceptional performances of Gopalakrishna Deshpande and Chandan Achar. There are also appreciations for the direction and the cinematography departments.
