Zomato, the leading food delivery service is now winning hearts on Twitter for its befitting reply to a customer who canceled an order for a bizarre reason. The Twitter user Amit Shukla tagged Zomato saying in his tweet that he is canceling the order for allocating a non-Hindu rider for the delivery.
Shukla further added that they cannot change rider or refund on cancelation. Within an hour, pat came an epic reply from Zomato which garnered a lot of appreciation on the social media.
