Kishore Kumar G, who shot to fame with the Kannada blockbuster Kantara, was recently removed from Twitter. Fans have now started a protest and are demanding answers from the Micro-Blogging platform.
Kishore Twitter Suspend
Twitter is the most engaging platform in terms of micro-blogging. Various celebrities, politicians and even the common man uses Twitter to share his/her ideas and opinions with the world. However, there are certain barriers a user cannot cross and Twitter has set a few rules to keep things in check. If these rules are violated, the account automatically gets suspended or permanently gets deleted. Sometimes these actions lead to outrage especially when a celebrity gets restricted by this social media platform.
Twitter had previously removed the blue tick of the late Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar. The action was taken immediately after the actor passed away. This caused massive outrage among Appu fans and finally, they forced the micro-blogging platform to give the blue tick back to Puneeth’s Twitter account. Now the multilingual actor and Kantara fame Kishore Kumar’s Twitter account has been suspended, and once again Kannadigas are protesting the move.
Twitter stated that Kishore’s account was deleted for violating the rules. Netizens now are questioning Why was his account suspended and What post did he share to get this treatment?
The reason
Well, now we learn that the Kantara actors’ recent criticism of the state government caused this incident. Apart from being an actor, the 48-year-old is also a farmer. Kishore usually shared stuff about farming and other activities related to crops and cultivation.
Also, he used to share several posts on his Twitter criticizing the government’s work and alerting people about agriculture scams. He even went vocal against privatization and also condemned the central government’s policy of merging Karnataka’s Nandini with Gujarat’s Amul.

With his posts, People supported the actor and lauded him for his bravery to speak against the government. But, it seems like his actions have caused him serious trouble as his Twitter account was taken down today. Netizens, especially Kannadigas, are angry that political parties are taking vengeance against the celebrity who stood against their foul play.
