The Hindi version of Kantara showed a tremendous jump on the third day of its release. The Day 3 collection of Kantara (Hindi) is higher than Day 1 and Day 2.

Rishab Shetty’s Kantara is taking the box office by storm. Recently, the Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu versions of films released and the film is raking in money. According to the trade reports, the Hindi version of Kannada earned twice the amount on Sunday, October 16, when compared to the numbers on Saturday, October 16. The film (inclusive of all languages) recently crossed more than Rs 100 crore worldwide and is still going strong at the box office.
Going by the trade reports, the Hindi version’s Day 3 collections is higher than that of the previous two days. The film was released in around 1200 screens, and there was much hype, the numbers fell lower than Rs 1.10 crore on the first day. It saw a massive growth of over 110 percent as it raked in Rs. 2.35 cr nett on its second day. Meanwhile, on its third day, it showed double the growth. The film is estimated to have collected Rs 4.28 crore, thereby the total makes Rs 7.73 crore nett. Due to positive word of mouth, the film is likely to have a dream run at the box office.
Trade analyst
Trade analyst Ramesh Bala took to Twitter and revealed that Kantara surpassed Rs 100 crore worldwide. He further added that the majority of the collection is from the Kannada version.

Kantara is now one of the biggest blockbusters in Karnataka and has seen ticket sales worth Rs 60 crore there. The Kannada version saw many Housefull shows in Kerala as well. The film is expected to breach the Rs 150 crore mark soon. Kantara is written and directed by Rishab Shetty, who has also played the lead role in it. The film is based on local folklore and its visual grandeur magnifies the beauty of Karnataka’s hill stations.
