The teaser of Appu’s last film James is out and has been widely celebrated by his fans. At the end of the teaser we can see that the voice in the film is of Shivaraj Kumar and not Appu. It is due to the untimely death of Appu that the film makers roped in his elder brother to dub his voice.
What Shivanna has to say?
Shivaraj Kumar went on record to say that it was a very tough experience for him. It was difficult for him to dub looking at Appu’s face on the screen. He could not deny this offer as it was more like his responsibility but to recreate his voice was tough.
“I have tried and I hope people like it”, he says.
According to him dubbing for another actor is a difficult task as it requires a person to get into that mind frame of that person and say the dialogues. He highlights the role of dubbing artists that he clearly cannot play.
He also seemed excited about the release which is slated for 17 March, 2022. This day also marks the birthday of Power Star Puneeth Rajkumar.
