Popular TV actress Shweta Tiwari has landed herself in soup, a controversial one indeed. An FIR has been filed against her for comments that hurt the religious sentiments of the people. FIR has been filed in Shyamala Hills Police Station in Bhopal.
At Bhopal, she was at the event, promoting her upcoming web series. Here, she said that her bra size is being taken by ‘bhagwaan‘, which did not go down well with many as it hurt their religious sentiments.
Her new web series was based on the fashion world and stars actors like Rohit Roy and Sourabh Raj Jain. Her statement went like this, “Meri bra ka size bhagwaan le rahe hain.”

The FIR was filed as soon as the Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra took cognizance of Shweta Tiwari’s controversial statement. While speaking to the media on Thursday, Narottam Mishra said, “I have seen and heard Shweta Tiwari’s statement. I condemn it. I have instructed Bhopal Police Commissioner to investigate and submit a report to me soon. Action will be taken after that.”
She is being criticized by various people and the internet for her joke about God.
