Hollywood filmmaker James Cameron, who amazed the audience with his films like Titanic, Avatar, Avatar 2, and others, recently in an interview, spoke highly about Ram Charan’s Alluri Seetharama Raju from RRR. He said that it was painful to see what Ram had to go through in the film.
James Cameron praises Ram Charan
With eye-catching action scenes and fascinating storytelling, SS Rajamouli’s RRR has gained global recognition like no other Indian film ever has. The action film, starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR in lead roles, received praise from several famous Hollywood personalities. Now, Avatar 2 helmer praises Ram Charan for his role in RRR.
Speaking to the US media via video interviews, Cameron was all praises for Ram and his powerful albeit brilliant performance in the award-winning film, RRR. While talking to Speak Easy, James Cameron stated, “And the journey that you go on, especially understanding the Ram character, which was very challenging, and then you finally understand what’s going on in his head, and it’s heartbreaking and I just think it’s a triumph. And I told Mr. Rajamouli this in person recently.”
He further added that he hails from Canada and could understand how an Indian would feel after watching the film. “With all of that, the history in it, the film must be powerful for the audiences,” he concluded.

Ram Charan essayed on the role of Alluri Sitaramaraju in ‘RRR’. He played the role of a freedom fighter who fought against the British Raj in the 1920s. The movie was directed by SS Rajamouli and produced by DVV Danayya. It also stars Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, and more.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the Telugu star will be next seen in Shankar’s action entertainer ‘RC 15’. Kiara Advani is the heroine, while S. J. Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth, Naveen Chandra, Nassar, Raghu Babu, and Samuthirakani essay key roles. The technical crew comprises Tirru and R. Rathnavelu as cinematographers and Shameer Muhammed as editor. S Thaman is composing music for this flick.
