Breaking: Vikas Dubey’s Close Aide Shot Dead By Uttar Pradesh Police In An Encounter

A close aide of Vikas Dubey, the gangster who killed 8 policemen in Kanpur, was shot dead in Uttar Pradesh’s Hamirpur.

Vikas Dubey has been on the run since the incident that happened on Thursday. The Uttar Pradesh Police are on a hunt for the gangster. In big news, the police have killed his close aide. The additional director general of police, law, and order, Prashant Kumar, confirmed the news and said,

“The aide Amar Dubey was co-accused in the Kanpur incident and was killed on Wednesday morning.”

The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force gunned the gangster down along with the local police unit of Harimpur. A reward of Rs. 25,000 was on him. In the encounter, a police inspector and a constable of the Special Task Force were injured. An automatic weapon and a bag were recovered from the residence of Amar Dubey, the aide of Vikas Dubey.

The Uttar Pradesh police had said that there are at least 40 teams along with the Special Task Force who is hunting for the gangster. There were reports that he was spotted in a car near Bijnor.
