“Sorry South India, North has the best breakfast”: A Tweet has now sparked a South vs North ‘Food Debate’

North Indian food vs. South Indian food– a debate for dinner tables and restaurants as you ponder the menu. Territory divisions, differences in geography, agricultural practices, and eating habits have diversified North Indian and South Indian food.

The Debate over a Food

Whatever geographical location you are in, you cannot deny that the northern and southern parts of India have vastly different cooking methods, resulting in bursts of different flavors that attack your taste buds. Even the manner in which food is served varies between North and South India. South Indian food, for example, is traditionally served on banana leaves and eaten with one’s hands.

A recent Tweet from the popular Twitter account @GabbbarSingh sparked a new debate about which is more delicious. The Tweet, on the other hand, chose North Indian breakfast as a better option than South. The image had a Poha sprinkled with onions followed by a Jalebi and the caption read, “Sorry south India, this is the best breakfast”. This, however, did not go down well with fans of South Indian cuisine.
