This BJP MP Cleaned A Toilet With Bare Hands At A Girls’ School In Madhya Pradesh

A video of a BJP MP cleaning the toilet went viral on social media. In the video, the politician can be seen cleaning the privy with his bare hands, without using any other equipment or sanitary products.

BJP MP from Rewa Janardan Mishra, often known for his strange style, took the internet by surprise by cleaning a girls’ toilet at a school that he inspected to motivate people for the Swachhta drive.

The video is from Khatkari village and Mishra can be seen cleaning the privy with his bare hands, without using any other equipment or sanitary products.

 

“No brush or gloves were available at the school, so I decided to use bare hands to clean the toilet. I think it clearly makes a difference and gives out a strong message to the public,” he told TOI.

The BJP MP also shared the video on his Twitter handle and wrote, “Under the Seva Pakhwada being run by the party, Yuva Morcha cleaned the toilets of the school after the tree plantation program in the Girls’ School, Khatkhari.”

He also tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president JP Nadda, MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and others.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

The MP had gone to the school to partake in a tree plantation program organized by Yuva Morcha under the Seva Pakhwada run by the party. After the tree plantation, when he got to know that the toilet in the school is very dirty due to which it is very difficult to use it.

After hearing this, he took the water from a bucket and cleaned the toilet by rubbing it with his bare hands.

This was not the first time when the BJP leader, an ardent supporter of PM Modi’s ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ cleaned the toilet at school. In February 2018, a video showing him cleaning the toilet of a primary school in his constituency went viral on social media.

Previously, he was also spotted cleaning the streets of Rewa, his constituency.
