The trailer of the Kannada film ‘Law’ is out. It will be the first Kannada film that will directly premiere on Amazon Prime as Amazon Original. The film is produced by Puneeth Rajkumar’s PRK productions.
Going by trailer, the film looks like a hardcore thriller that might have several edges of the seat movements. The film has a solid supporting cast with Achyuth Rao, Sudharani and Mukyamantri Chandru. According to the team, the film is a legal procedural drama. The film is also the debut film of the lead actress Ragini Prajwal. The film is directed by Raghu Samarth.
Produced by Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar and M Govinda, the film looks like it has a mystery element to it with a twist in the perception of crime and criminal. Even though the trailer doesn’t give you a clear picture of how the movie will be, it provides a sense of curiosity which is enough for the audience to watch it. Speaking about the film, Ragini Prajwal said,
“Law is close to my heart, because not only does it mark my debut, but the movie also sheds light on an important message that often gets sidelined. Nandhini is a strong and determined woman who overcomes a difficult situation through sheer determination and perseverance. Law is sure to set a new bar in this genre and I am hoping it will be appreciated by critics and audiences alike. I have had the privilege of working with a dream team on Law and I am thrilled our film will be accessible to audiences not only from India but across 200 countries and territories, making the release even more impactful.”
‘Bringing An Important Issue To Light’
Producer Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar also spoke about the film where she said,
“Amazon Prime Video is one of our most valued partners. After the phenomenal success of our films Kavaludaari and Maya Bazaar 2016 which released on the service shortly after its theatrical release, Law is our third collaboration and one of the two titles we would be premiering on Amazon Prime Video worldwide. With Law we not only want to entertain our audience, but also bring to light an issue of great importance. We look forward to customers across 200 countries and territories being able to enjoy the movie from the safety of their own homes.”
Law is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on the 17th of July.
