Dil Bechara To Release On 24th July

Dil Bechara is the official adaptation of John Green’s book The Fault in Our Stars which was earlier made into a film in Hollywood by the same name. The story revolves around the two teenagers who meet at a cancer support group and fall in love with each other. Sanjana Sanghi plays the role of Kizie Basu who is struggling with terminal cancer and is hesitant in getting involved with Immanuel Rajkumar Junior, the character played by Sushant Singh Rajput. The two together embark on a profound journey of living life to the fullest.

The trailer has stirred a lot of emotions among the fans of the late actor. It is ironic that the actor’s last film is about living life without thinking about the inevitable death. The fans, celebrities, and Sushant’s friends celebrated the trailer on social media and paid respects to the actor once again. The film is directed by the ace casting director Mukesh Chabbra who was also a dear friend of Sushant. This is Chabbra’s debut directorial.

The film also has Saif Ali Khan in a cameo. The music maestro AR Rahman is the composer for the film and is accompanied by Amitabh Bhattacharya as the lyricist. The film is set to premiere on Disney + Hotstar on the 24th of July and will be available for free for everyone.
