Last Sunday, Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide at his residence in Mumbai. A day later, he was cremated Vile Parle crematorium in the presence of his family and close friends.
Sushant’s death becomes a topic of discussion
Ever since Sushant passed away, multiple issues have arisen in the media. While the topic of nepotism is still hot, the Mumbai Police have now started investigations into the death of the actor.
On Friday, Sushant’s rumored girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was grilled for close to 10 hours by the Mumbai Police. Rhea is said to have revealed some facts about Sushant’s condition before his death.
“Sushant was refusing to take medications”
As per sources, Rhea revealed to the police that Sushant was indeed undergoing treatment for depression. However, she said that the actor was refusing to take medications as part of the treatment. Instead, as per Rhea’s statement, Sushant had taken to yoga and meditation to find solace.
Meanwhile, the ‘Jalebi’ actress confirmed that the duo was in a relationship, and was living together. It was only a few days before Sushant’s death that Rhea had moved out of the actor’s residence after a fallout. Rhea confirmed that the duo was set to marry in November.
Rhea later talked about the movies that each other had signed. Both Sushant and Rhea were reportedly set to feature in two movies together. Rhea also confirmed that Sushant had terminated his contract with YRF owing to a few differences with the production house.
