With the passing away of the young actor Sushant Singh Rajput, his fans and well-wishers have been digging his social media to make sense of his demise.
On May 5th, the actor had posted a picture of himself on the social media platform Instagram where he had listed down the new things he had adopted in life. Among them were the habit of maintaining a journal. Since it was weeks before his untimely death, the social media is speculating if the journal can shed light on his mental state that led him to make such a decision.
Along with maintaining a journal, the other things included 7 hours of optimized sleep, regular meditation, Frequent Excercise, Optimising digital time, and intermittent fasting.

The passing away of the 34-year-old actor has shaken lives across the different walks of life. While there have been speculations about the cause of his death. In a recent report, people are claiming that the actor lost 7 films in 6 months.
The actor passed away due to suicide on the 14th of June 2020. The actor was found hanging in his bedroom on Sunday morning which has left the world of Bollywood shocked. The actor’s demise has also brought back the discussion around mental health and the importance of it. The actor’s last theatrical release Chhichore garnered over 150 crores in the box office. The actor’s next release that is going to be his last one, Dil Bechara, is slated to release on an online platform.
Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan tweeted his condolence and remembered the actor’s generous donation during the Kerala floods of 2018.
In 2018, the state of Kerala was hit with severe floods which displaced several people as they lost their homes and belongings. Many even lost their lives in the floods. During that time, Sushant Singh Rajput made a contribution of Rs. 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. However, the actor did not take credit for that.
