Rapper Hard Kaur Posts Abusive Video About Indian PM & Shah – Twitterati in Trash Mode

Twitter suspended the account of Taran Kaur Dhillon aka Hard Kaur after the rapper posted an abusive video directed at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In the 2.20-minute video clip, the singer is accompanied by Khalistan supporters who are declaring their support to the Khalistan movement.

In the video clip, she is seen challenging PM Modi and Amit Shah favoring the Khalistan supporters. The expletives used by the “Patiala House” actress for addressing the Indian PM and Home Minister in the clip has already gone viral on social mediaImmediately after posting this tweet, Hard also posted a promotional clip of her upcoming song titled “We Are Warriors” on Instagram. The song also features Khalistan supporters.

Several Sikh groups are demanding a separate country in Punjab as Khalistan as a homeland for Sikhs. In June this year, the “Move your Body (Johnny Gaddar)” singer was charged with sedition for making comments against the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath and Chief of RSS, Mohanji Bhagwat. 

Reports say that an FIR under sections 124A (Sedition), 500, 505 and 153A of the Indian Penal Code and 66 IT Act was registered against the “Lucky Boy” singer for her derogatory comments.  

Even after the suspension of Hard Kaur’s account, Twitter users continued to react to her action.
