The three are waiting for the results of the entrance exam of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIM), New Delhi.
Over 1 lakh students from the state appeared for NEET on May 5. The pass percentage has dipped marginally from 63.5% in 2018 to 63.2%. On a note, this exam also held on 20 May in Karnataka for hundreds of candidates who missed NEET 2019 on 5 May after the Hampi Express took a 120-kilometer longer route from North Karnataka to Bengaluru. However, the students had to reach their exam centers by 1.30 pm, but unfortunately, the train reached the station at 2.30 pm. The Indian Railways had written to the Ministry of Human Resource Development to have NTA conduct NEET 2019 for these candidates again.
