IRCTC Guy Comes Back With A Reply To Indian Railway’s Response. Gets Brutally Trolled!

Recently a man posted a complaint on Twitter with a screenshot against the Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) about the vulgar ads that were appearing in his IRCTC app. However, the IRCTC was quick enough to address the problem and came in an epic response which was winning the hearts of everyone in the social media. Now it looks he has come back with another tweet wanting a proper explanation.

IRCTC Guy is Back

Previously a user named Anand Kumar complained on Twitter to IRCTC about the indecent ads on his screen, also tagging the Railway Ministry handle and Piyush Goyal. For the following situation, the IRCTC was quick enough to reply to Anand’s situation. They explained to him that, what ads a person sees on their sites are based on a person’s browsing history and based on Google’s ad serving tool ADX. It is actually a cookie-based targeting done by the search engine. This tweet from the railway’s official handle had impressed everyone on Social Media.

The tweet read, “IRCTC uses Googles ad serving tool ADX for serving ads. These ads use cookies to target the user. Based on user history and browsing behavior, ads are shown. Please clean and delete all browser cookies and history to avoid such ads.”

It didn’t end here. The man did not understand how it works and tried to blame the site again and also said they are shunning away from their responsibility.

He replied, ” Very vague and cryptic reply. You are requested to please elaborate in detail with a specific instance. IRCTC cannot shun the responsibility without providing the details.”

Indeed he was once again trolled by users online.
