Sulibele responds to the tag
Although he has not reacted on any of his official social media handles, talking to a news channel and a media website, Mr. Sulibele has reacted to the hashtag. He said that the entire campaign is an organized conspiracy and not an organic one.
He specifically levied allegations against Congress leaders DK Shivakumar and Satish Jarkiholi. He divulged that after DKS took over the mantle of the Congress party in the state, there have been a few changes concerning the IT cell. Mr. Sulibele said that one of the first projects of the revamped IT cell was to carry out a campaign against him.
He further said that since Congress did not have any other topics to speak against the ruling government, they have resorted to online conspiracies. Mr. Sulibele also said that most of the accounts which are spreading the tag are fake ones, and he cannot respond to them.
Regarding the answers to the allegations, he said that his subordinates have been giving replies on social media. He told that since he is busy in other important works, he is not worrying about the tarnishing campaign that is being carried out against him.
