Shubham Mishra Arrested
After the National Commission of Women urged for immediate action against Shubham Mishra, the cybercrime cell of Vadodara police arrested Shbham Mishra. Comedian Agrima Joshua’s old video where she made fun of the statue that is supposed to be erected in Mumbai of the Maratha ruler Chatrapati Shivaji. This didn’t go well with the political and cultural sections of the society. While Home Minister Anil Deshmukh sought action against Agrima, many fringe outfits vandalized the venue of the performance. Agrima later apologized and even took down the video. Even after that, she continued to receive violent threats which forced her to quit social media.
