A BJP Leader Says The Construction Of Ram Mandir Will Be The End Of COVID-19 Pandemic

As the coronavirus situation in India continues to increase and cause trouble for millions of people, the government is putting all their effort to curb the spread.

While people were hoping for a vaccine to end the pandemic, the World Health Organisation has said that the vaccine may not come until the first quarter of 2021. There have been a couple of vaccines that have declared to be safe after their clinical trials.

In the midst of this, Madhya Pradesh Assembly Protem Speaker who is also a leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Rameshwar Sharma has come out and said that the coronavirus pandemic would be ended once the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya begins. He said,

“He (Lord Ram) had reincarnated for the welfare of mankind and to kill demons at that time. As soon as the construction of Ram temple begins the destruction of the COVID pandemic will begin too.”

The foundation stone of the Ram temple in Ayodhya will be laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the 5th of August. The treasurer of Shri Ram janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust Swami Govind Dev Giri confirmed the same. He also said that the social distancing guidelines will be followed throughout the program and mentioned that only 200 people will be attending the ceremony. He said,

“The Prime Minister will visit Hanuman Garhi, Ram Lalla Temple, plant a tree and later do the ‘bhoomi pujan’.”

Five Silver Bricks

As per the spokesperson of the Ram Mandir trust Nritya Gopal Das, there will be five silver bricks that will be placed inside the sanctum sanctorum during the ceremony. As per reports, these five silver bricks will symbolize five planets as per the Hindu mythology. He also confirmed that the design and the architecture of the temple are the same as the one that was proposed.

Among other people who are attending the ceremony are Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Maharashtra Chief Minister Udhav Thackeray, and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.
