Sudha Murthy Finally Spoke About Rishi Sunak And Said Something Incredible

Rishi Sunak, son of a pharmacist mother and doctor father, was educated at one of England’s most well-known schools, Winchester, and then Oxford. He spent three years at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and later gained an MBA from Stanford in California, where he met his wife Akshata Murty. He married Akshata in 2009 and the couple has two daughters, Krishna and Anoushka.

After it was announced that he would become the Prime Minister of the UK, Narayana Murty congratulated him.

“Congratulations to Rishi. We are proud of him and we wish him success,” Murty said in the first reaction emailed to PTI. “We are confident he will do his best for the people of the United Kingdom.”

Bring changes in UK politics

Sudha Murty, author, and chairperson of Infosys Foundation refrained from saying anything about her son-in-law becoming UK’s PM, she said she will wait for the time to come.

“Before 100 days of his successful tenure as PM, it is difficult to say. Their politics, and how they function are something we don’t understand. It’s two different worlds altogether. Power is temporary and that is the ultimate truth,” she explains.

Rishi Sunak made headlines last month after he became the first-ever Indian-origin politician to be elected the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Another reason why UK PM Rishi Sunak has remained in the news is because of his massive wealth and connection to Infosys.
