In order to honor the legacy of the Kannada actor Puneeth Rajkumar, the OTT platform, Amazon Prime Video has announced the exclusive premiere of three upcoming films from the studio also make five films released from his studio free for all.
This decision came as of 21 January 2022 and announced three films, namely One Cut, Two Cut, Family Pack, and Man of the Match to be available exclusively for Prime members worldwide.
The five films released previously, namely, Law, French Biryani, Kavaludaari, Mayabazaar & Yuvarathnaa, are available to watch for free, even for non-Prime members, for 1-month starting from February 1, 2022. Not just limiting to Prime members and making these five movies free-to-stream worldwide on the service for anyone who has an Amazon account is an attempt by the platform to pay tribute to the actor and allow his fans to remember their hero.
Talking about the association with PRK Productions, Manish Menghani, Head, Content Licensing, Amazon Prime Video said, “Over the last few years, we have had a successful association with PRK Productions. His wife and the head of PRK Productions, Ashwini Puneeth Rajkumar has said that this is indeed a great way to honor him and his fans will thoroughly enjoy the same.
The three new films were something Puneeth was really looking forward to and each of the films had a different idea and message to the audience and the people, also the films have different and new faces for the people to see.
