A senior citizen Kumkum Malhotra who was refused to take her three dogs into the park during lockdown looked happy and relieved she could do it now. She was one of the few people who was let into the park amidst the lockdown to feed the stray dogs.
The Morning walkers lined up outside the other iconic venue of Bengaluru, Lalbagh botanical gardens. The situation was no different there.
