Modi In Karnataka: Highlights Of PM Modi’s Speech In Tumakuru.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the 3rd installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi in Tumakuru and also distributed Krishi Karman Awards to farmers in Tumakuru. Modi announced that under PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, money had been deposited in the account of 8 crore farmers.

PM-Kisan Yojna 

PM alleged that one rupee was sent for the poor in the country and only 15 paise reached them. The rest 85 went in the pockets of the middlemen. He said that today, whatever was sent, all of them were directly reaching the account of the poor.

“On behalf of 130 crore countrymen, I wish every farmer of the country a happy new year, I thank the farmers who produce food grains for the country. It is a great privilege to meet our ‘Annadata’- the farmers in our country at the beginning of the new year.”

Not just this, under this scheme, 12 thousand crore rupees have been deposited in the account of 6 crore farmers of the country.

He also informed about the government’s focus on farmers’ modernization. He said that the government has launched PM Kusum Yojana to enable farmers to generate solar energy in their fields and sell it in the national framework.

“We attempt to recognize specific products from every block and district and add to its value. We want to create a distinct identity to these products and ensure their export value increases.”

Modi at Sree Siddaganga Mutt

Before addressing the rally, Modi offered prayers at Sree Siddaganga Mutt in Tumakuru.

“It is my good fortune that I am beginning the year 2020 in this holy land of Tumkuru, amongst everyone. I wish that this sacred energy of the Siddhaganga Mutt makes the lives of all the citizens happy.”

Modi said that he was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to set the foundation stone of the museum, which is to be built in the memory of Sri Sri Shivakumar. He also said that this museum will not only inspire people but will also give direction.

Questions over CAA Protest

Addressing the situation in the country over the Citizenship Amendment Act, the PM said that today every countryman holds a question.

He pointed out that people who have come from Pakistan to save their lives, to save the lives of their daughters, protest are being taken out against them, but why are they not saying anything on Pakistan who did this to them?

“Pakistan was formed based on religion, religious minorities were being abused there. The persecuted were forced to come to India as refugees. But Congress and its allies don’t speak against Pakistan, instead, they are taking out rallies against these refugees.”

Modi took up a strong hold over people talking against the Parliament of India today. He said there was a need to expose the action of Pakistan at the international level. And suggested supporting voice against the crimes conducted by Pakistan in the last 70 years.
