Sushant had passed away in tragic circumstances on Sunday
On Sunday, Bollywood was served a shocker, as news came out that popular actor Sushant Singh Rajput had died by suicide. He was suffering from depression, and this drove him to take the drastic decision, as per preliminary reports.
The news was an undigestable fact, as Sushant had been doing well in his career, and moreover, the actor was just 34 years old. In fact, Sushant’s last film, Chhichhore’, was a sleeper hit at the box-office.

Ever since Sushant’s death, the topic of Nepotism has come into the picture. Multiple arguments on social media suggest that Sushant was suffering from depression due to the lack of projects in his hand. There are also reports which point out that Sushant had been banned by few prominent Bollywood producers a couple of months ago.
Maharashtra Home Minister, Anil Deshmukh, said that Mumbai Police would consider Sushant Singh Rajput’s reported clinical depression and “Professional Rivalry” while conducting a probe into his death. He tweeted:
While the post mortem report says actor @itsSSR committed suicide by hanging himself, there are media reports that he allegedly suffered from clinical depression because of professional rivalry. @MumbaiPolice will probe this angle too.
