Twitter gives ‘Thumbs-Up’ to Adipurush after VFX & Colour Grading Update

The Adipurush team spent months reworking the film following the backlash over its teaser, and netizens seem to like the new version.

Changes in Adipurush VFX?

Adipurush, which was supposed to be one of the largest Indian projects ever, was unfortunately surrounded by far too many controversies. The first and most serious setback was people expressing their dissatisfaction with the VFX and cartoonish feel of the film. The filmmaker, Om Raut, attempted to explain it by saying that the graphics would look great on a big screen, but the audience and fans responded with trolls and memes.

According to the most recent information, Adipurush will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York on June 13, 2023. Adipurush’s new images, released in time for the Tribeca Film Festival, appear to show only a minor improvement in color grading and not in visual effects.

Twitter Reactions

Some screenshots from the Tribeca Film Festival’s website have been shared on Twitter, and they clearly show a difference when comparing before and after images. And netizens are giving a thumbs up to it!
