The complete report of Sushant Singh Rajput’s post mortem has come out and contrary to all the suspicion, the cause of death is confirmed to be suicide and no other foul play.
On 14th June, the 34-year-old took his own life as he hanged himself to the ceiling at his Bandra residence. The death of the actor came as a shock to the country. At the first autopsy, it was said that the actor died due to asphyxia. 10 days after his death, in his post mortem report, it has been confirmed that the actor did take his own life and there seems to be no evidence of foul play in the death.
In the forensic investigation, nothing was found on his nails, no struggle marks on his body. His viscera has been preserved and sent for chemical analysis. The first autopsy report was signed by three doctors and the final report has been drafted and monitored by five doctors. The police have asked the Directorate of Forensic Science Services to speed up the chemical analysis process.
Rhea Confirm Relationship
However, the Police are continuing the investigation. To date, the police have recorded statements of 23 people including Sushant’s alleged girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, his friends, his manager, and his PR. As per the investigation, it has come to light that the actor was suffering from depression and was undergoing treatment. His therapist is yet to record the statement.
The last person Sushant spoke to was his manager Udhay Singh Gauri. They spoke about a film he was doing. The police interrogated Sushant’s PR and his friend Rohini Iyer. On Thursday, the statement of his Charted Accountant will be recorded. In the investigation, it is revealed that the actor had signed a contract with the production house Yash Raj Films in 2012.
As per reports, when the police investigated Rhea Chakraborty for 10 hours, she confirmed her relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput. She has reportedly also revealed that the two were planning to tie the knot. Post the analysis, the actors’ last rites were carried out and his ashes were immersed in River Ganga at his home town in Patna.
