Makers have confirmed an item song in Pushpa 2 and the actress grooving in it will not just be a part of the song but will also have a role to play in the film.
Item Song in Pushpa 2
Ever since the release of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna’s Pushpa: The Rise, fans have been waiting eagerly for Pushpa: The Rule. Directed by Sukumar, the second installment was announced after the record-breaking success of Pushpa in theaters and OTT.
In the first part, it was Samantha Ruth Prabhu who danced to an item song Oo Antava. This song was among the major highlights of the film. Looks like the makers want to repeat the method in the second part as well.
Baahubali actress to join the team
According to the latest reports, Pushpa 2 will also have a sizzling song, however, Samantha will not be seen grooving her gorgeous moves with Allu Arjun in it. Earlier it was rumored that Disha Patani or Nora Fatehi might replace Samantha in the Pushpa 2 song.
But the latest we hear is that the makers are keen to rope in a Baahubali actress for the song. Yes, you read that right! Pushpa 2 will reportedly have Tamannaah Bhatia taking the entire country by storm with her moves and hot avatar. The 32-year-old is yet to officially come on board but Allu Arjun and director Sukumar are said to be keen to work with her. Let’s hope it’s true!
Meanwhile, the sequel is said to be the Pushpa franchise’s conclusion. Earlier, the makers were planning to release it in December this year. But that isn’t possible as the film isn’t even on the floors yet.
