A new campaign began among netizens on twitter after the Taliban held a press conference in front of the International media unveiling their future proceedings. But it’s amusing to see that the leader of the world ‘s largest democracy has not faced the media even once in his 7 years of reign.Owing to this fact the other day twitterati took a jab at PM Modi on his silence and not facing the press for so long.
Despite questions being asked by the opposition and citizens of the country, we have never seen the leader of our country address any issue via press conference in India. There have been interviews and rallies but never a press conference – something that is the norm in a democratic country. However, PM Modi is always in his state of denial and refusing to address the questions.
Taliban Holds A Press Meet
The militant organisation Taliban carried out a hostile takeover in Afghanistan for the second time, the world had only questions to ask. The Taliban held a press conference and addressed questions by the media.
Once news of the same broke out, people in India started tweeting about how PM Modi has never held a press conference while even the Taliban knows that it is an important aspect and since then there has been no stopping for memes and jokes flowing in twitter by Indians.
Here Are Some Of The Tweets.

Whatsoever the reason be but its a moral obligation of any leader of the country to hold a press meet and address the questions. However being the world’s largest democracy on papers, the duties of a Chowkidar is not all exercised or prioritised, but still the Bhakts will still refuse to accept the reality of their supreme leader.
