Sudhir Chaudhary, whom we all popularly known as Sachin Tendulkar’s superfan also, we recognise him as a guy who paints himself as the Indian flag and writes Tendulkar’s name on his back with his jersey number no ’10’ has been in news now.
He has been reportedly assaulted by the Bihar Police at Muzzafarpur in Bihar. Sudhir visited the town to meet his cousin and his cousin was locked up in the station. He was held by police who assaulted him physically. Suhdir has complained about the same with the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) of the area about this incident. In return he was promised that action will be taken against the same. He has complained that the behaviour of the policeman has been horrible and is not approved by law.
What is ironical is that, this is same police station that was inaugurated by Sudhir Chaudhary some years ago. “A few years ago, I, as a celebrity, was called to inaugurate the new building of the police station. But, today I was beaten up at the same police station. When such an incident can happen to me, then how the police would have dealt with the general public, it is understandable.” Sudhir’s complaint read.
There was absolutely no relation of Sudhir to the policeman and he was only there to visit his cousin but got embroiled in the same. His cousin was arrested in the land dispute case and in the midlde of a conversation, was assaulted heavily.
