After a long wait, Hombale Films has announced its next film after KGF Chapter 2 and Yuvarathnaa. And, as anticipated, they have gone big with their next venture.
Prashanth Neel to direct Prabhas
Pan-India star Prabhas is on a signing spree in recent months. While Radhe Shyam is already on floors, Prabhas has also okayed Adipurush, and Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi film. On the back of this, the Baahubali star has now signed for a film with Karnataka based production house Hombale Films.
Although there were rumors that Prashanth Neel would direct Jr. NTR in his next, the rumors have been brought to a full stop with this announcement. The KGF director would direct Prabhas in his next project.

Salaar: An Indian Film
The makers have already used the phrase ‘Indian Film’ with Salaar. Hence, it is obvious that the movie would be made in multiple languages. Prabhas developed his career as an action hero, and it has actually been a while since he did a complete action film. Saaho did have a few action scenes, but they did not satisfy the fans.
On the other hand, Prashanth Neel is known to be a master at carving out commercial entertainers. Hence, this combo being realized is good news for the fans of Indian Cinema.

The released poster sees Prabhas in an action avatar with a gun in hand. The lighting and the tone of the photograph have already given a hint of what to expect. It also needs to be seen if Prashanth would go with his KGF crew, or will cross boundaries to pick his team members.
Saalar would start filming from January 2021 and will release after Prabhas’ upcoming Radhe Shyam. Hombale Films would be busy in the coming months, with both KGF Chapter 2 and Yuvarathnaa inching closer towards completion of filming.
