In a first of its kind, an online Kannada quiz is set to happen very soon. The event will go live on 1st November 2020, on the occasion of Kannada Rajyotsava.

India Wants To Know (IWTK) is the country’s first-ever panel quiz show. Ever since the lockdown, IWTK has hosted many quiz shows online on Zoom. Quiz shows are usually based on particular topics. Some of the topics that have already had their own quiz shows include Cricket, Bollywood, Food & Travel, etc.
Eminent panelists have been part of this show in the past. Some of them include Ashish Shakya, Joy Bhattacharjya, Gautam Bhimani, Vivek Tejuja, Snehal Pradhan, Amit Kumar, and Dr. Navin Jaykumar among others.
IWTK has grown in popularity in recent months, and the reason for this has been the unique format of the quiz shows. Apart from the right answers, there are prizes on offer for funny wrong answers, puns, and fun facts too. The first season of the show is now available on Youtube.
IWTK To Host Kannada Talkies
IWTK will, for the first time, be conducting a quiz show in a regional language. Titled Kannada Talkies, this event will have questions based on Kannada Film Industry (KFI).
While ‘Thatt Antha Heli’ fame Meghavi Manjunath will host the show, Kannada Talkies will also feature Bengaluru-based quizzer Thejwasi Udupa and popular Sandalwood filmmaker Hemanth M Rao.
While the show will cater to the fanatics of Sandalwood, fans will also have the opportunity to connect over some interesting stories regarding KFI. Although the quiz will be conducted in Kannada, the proceedings will be translated for spectators and others interested in KFI.
The Zoom Call will last for a duration of 49 minutes, and the pricing has been fixed at INR 49. The tickets are available at insider.in.
