In a new development in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, Sushant’s father has filed a complaint with the Bihar police against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty.
The Bihar police have filed the first investigation report against actor Rhea Chakraborty under several sections of the Indian penal code. The main charge, however, is the abetment of suicide. The information has been confirmed by the Inspector General of Patna central zone Sanjay Singh. The other sections include 340, 342, 380, 406, 420, and 306 of the Indian penal code. Post this, a four-member team of the Bihar Police has reached Mumbai. Along with Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant’s five friends have also been booked under the abetment of suicide, cheating, and conspiracy.
The untimely demise of Sushant Singh Rajput has caused havoc in the nation after he took his life on the early morning of June 14th.
Soon after the demise, the debate sparked about mental health and nepotism. Kangana Ranaut came to the forefront and leveled charges against some of the big names of the industry and alleged abetment of murder.
Subramanian Swamy Makes A Point
Subramanian Swamy who has also been vocal about the Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Soon after the news of the FIR being filed against Rhea surfaced the internet, Swamy took to the internet to make a point about the case. He wrote,
“If Bihar police are serious about having a say in the investigation into the unnatural death of Sushant Singh Rajput then there is no alternative to a CBI probe since Police of two states cannot separately investigate the same crime.”
