India Observes Annual Solar Eclipse, Pictures Come In From Major Cities

Solar Eclipse

On Sunday, India witnessed the annual solar eclipse when the sun, the moon, and the earth align at one single line. The moon blocks the sun rays directly coming towards the Earth.

The moon will cover the son and leaves its outer rums visible which creates a ring of fire in the sky. The annual eclipse in the country began at 9:15 am and is visible until 3:04 pm in the country. The maximum eclipse is slated to happen at 12:10 pm.

Country’s premier planetarium, Nehru Planetarium has said that Bhuj will be the first city in the country where the solar eclipse will be visible at around 9:58 am. The planetarium has also advised people against watching the eclipse directly. Here are some of the photos from across the country.
