It was England vs Australia in Lords that saw a deadly bouncer from Jofra Archer knocking out Aussie batsman Steve Smith. He was then taken off the field and given medical attention ruling the player out of the match. Things didn’t end here, the England speedster Jofra was reportedly seen smiling while the ball hit the Australian batsman. Round of criticism emerged for Jofra’s unacceptable behavior as his act was worth a flagrant. One such criticism came out from Pakistan’s deadly pacer Shoiab Akhtar who wasn’t happy about the Barbados born fast bowler. In a tweet, he said that it wasn’t the right behavior of a bowler to do so.
However, his tweet drew the attention of the former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, who found this context to be baffled. He then came up with an epic reply on social media which is almost praised by many.
Akhtar shows displeasure
The fourth day of the 2nd Test of the Ashes series witnessed a flabbergasting incident that amazed everyone watching the match. Jofra Archer bowling at almost 149 Km per hr, delivered a bouncer leaving Steve Smith shell shocked. The England pacer smashed Smith with a bouncer hitting him back of his neck. He was given medical attention, after a while he returned to the field but couldn’t continue further. The Windies born pacer surprised everyone as his needed sympathy to the situation turned into a smile.
Pakistan’s Rawalpindi Express Shoaib Akhtar expressed his objection towards Jofra as he called it to be mean. He wrote in a tweet, “ “Bouncers are a part & parcel of the game but whenever a bowler hits a batsman on the head and he falls, courtesy requires that the bowler must go & check on him. It was not nice of Archer to just walk away while Smith was in pain. I was always the first one to run to the batsman.”

The Indian left-hander Yuvraj Singh was quick enough to respond to Akhtar’s tweet, saying, “Yes you did! But your actual words were, hope your alright mate cause there are a few more coming”.
