Yash’s KGF 2 marks one year of release on April 14. Now, it has been revealed that Rocky Bhai had been to Sri Lanka recently to visit a shooting spot for Yash 19.

Yash’s KGF 2 was released on April 14, and his fans are celebrating one year of this mega-blockbuster. The audience and fans are waiting for updates on Yash 19, but no official news has been released. There are now rumors that Yash 19 will begin production in June, as Yash recently returned from a recce in Sri Lanka. Dinesh Weerakkody, the head of Sri Lanka’s Board of Investment, broke the news on social media.

Previously, the KGF star had also visited Goa and met with the Goa CM, so there is speculation that shooting will take place in both locations, with a sea connection to Yash 19. Though some director names have circulated, there is also speculation that he may become a director with this film.

KGF 3 is next?
Because both locations have a sea connection to Yash 19, it takes us back to the ending scene of KGF Chapter 2 where Rocky dies in the middle of the ocean. Will this imply that Yash is, in fact, working on KGF Chapter 3? It should be noted that even after a year of KGF 2, Yash is still in the Rocky Bhai avatar.

This could also imply that Yash will direct the film, as Prashanth Neel will be unavailable for the next five years due to his three films following Salaar. But it’s more important that we don’t make any assumptions until and unless the announcements are made. So let’s be patient.
