Royal Challengers Bangalore has lost to KKR defending a total of 205 runs. The fantastic knocks by Virat Kohli (84) and De Villers (63) went in vain as KKR beat RCB by five wickets. This is team’s fifth straight defeat in the IPL 2019.
A Fiery 13-Ball 48 By Russell
RCB had a great first half as they ended up putting a massive total of 205 runs on board. It was a cheerful moment for fans and Facebook meme world had started celebrating Kohli-Devillers knocks in their own way. However, the second half didn’t go well for RCB. Owing to RCB’s poor bowling line up and the batsmen friendly pitch, the team saw its fifth straight loss in the season.
KKR needed 68 runs and Russell scored 13-ball 48 studded with seven sixes and a lone boundary. The West Indies batsman smoked three sixes off the 18th over shattering the hopes of a win for RCB. The Bangalore team had a firm hold on the match with timely blows but Russell’s brilliant knock took the match away from them.

Look at his situation and feel ashamed a bit of your bowling and your fielding. Feel for this guy at least. He has not left your team after year by year humiliation, you should be thankful. #RCBvKKR #IPL pic.twitter.com/kxGX52MUVW

Just In : Unfortunate me & AB got out early else we would have 230+ score and in that case kkr would require 36 in last over with shubhman gill on Strike, nd then we might have won if bowler didn't bowl a no ball, else even 300 is chaseable against us.
