SRK’s Son Finally Granted Bail After Three Weeks In Jail, Check Details

Aryan Khan and the B-City drug bust was the talk of the town for a few days now with Aryan Khan not receiving bail from the magistrate court and the special NDPS court. The drug case was pushed towards the high court after their bail plea was rejected by these lower courts and finally Aryan has been granted bail by the Bombay high court this evening and hopefully today will be his last day inside the jail.

The Bombay High Court on Thursday granted bail to superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Seth Merchantt, in connection with the drugs on cruise case. Following the arguments presented by Additional Solicitor General of India (ASG) Anil Singh, who was representing the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Aryan Khan’s lawyer Mukul Rohatgi submitted his final submissions and the court granted them bail.

The court will pronounce detailed order with reasons tomorrow till then the trio shall remain in jail tonight. Aryan was caught on October 2nd following a rave party and was spending his days in NCB custody and jail. Amid his run for the plea new acquisitions and witnesses were coming out in the subsequent days with the case taking a huge political turn making it much more dramatic and suspicious. The suspicion went on to the extent that the NCB Zonal chief is now being framed and suspected to have demanded a hefty amount as a bribe.

Hours after Prabhakar Sail, the personal bodyguard of witness K P Gosavi, came out with a series of allegations including discussions of a payoff to NCB officials, the agency’s zonal director Sameer Wankhede wrote to the Mumbai police commissioner expressing fear that he may be framed in a case. “It has come to my notice that some precipitate legal action for framing me falsely is being planned by unknown persons in relation to the alleged vigilance issue,” said Sameer Wankhede.

The Zonal NCB Chief Sameer Wankhede has presented a letter to the Mumbai Police saying that theĀ  threat of jail and dismissal have been issued against him on public media by highly respectable public functionaries and he is being framed under baseless allegations which might compromise the seriousness of the Aryan Khan drug case. While looking at Sameer’s past records, he is a clean guy with so many achievements under his name and has served under various posts in various regions in a very short span of time.
