In the latest development in the drugs-related case pertaining to the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Times Now has learnt that actresses Sara Ali Khan, Rakulpreet Singh and designer Simone Khambatta are under the scanner of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).
Sources have told that there are many more people associated with the Bollywood who are under the scanner of the apex drug law enforcement agency.
The sources have claimed that Rhea Chakraborty during her interrogation has specifically named the above-mentioned individuals who consumed narcotics substance, Times Now’s Priyank reported. They have also said that initially, Rhea refused that she consumed drugs, but later confessed to taking drugs.

She has also named several other individuals from the Hindi film industry who deal with drugs. Sources have told the channel that NCB has a list of 25 A-Listers in Bollywood who are under the scanner of the NCB.
Priyank further reported that the central probe agencies are focusing on the financing in the Bollywood by the D-Company, which is headed by gangster Dawood Ibrahim. The NCB is also focussing on a filmmaker who has been critical of the government and the agency has got the information that he was reportedly getting funding from the D-Company.
Another aspect which the probe agency is looking at is the persons, who groom the newcomers in the film industry and allegedly make them addicted to the banned substances.
Court denies bail to Rhea Chakraborty, Showik
A court here on today rejected the bail applications of actress Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik. After three days of questioning, the NCB on September 8 arrested Rhea. She was sent to judicial custody till September 22 and is lodged in the Byculla Jail.
“Rhea Chakraborty and Showik Chakraborty financed and arranged drugs for Sushant Singh Rajput and at his instructions,” the NCB had said in its affidavit responding to the bail pleas.
The NCB began the probe into the drugs angle after the Enforcement Directorate (ED), which is probing money laundering charges linked to the sensational death case, retrieved social media chats from Rhea’s mobile phone, that hinted at the use of banned drugs.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his residence in suburban Bandra on June 14.
