RCB has gone blank
Virat Kohli’s side may have a new name and logo for the 13th edition of the IPL. The official Twitter handle of RCB, on Wednesday, removed its display picture and cover picture while the name was changed to ‘Royal Challengers’.
A similar thing was done on their Instagram and Facebook accounts which hints at a possible announcement of a new name along with a new logo.
It is true that RCB has never won an IPL trophy but this time with better staff and a sorted out squad, the Kohli and company could turn the table. The fans are hoping that RCB will end the wait this season and bring home the ultimate trophy.
RCB sign Muthoot Fincorp Ltd
Meanwhile, RCB on Tuesday announced a three-year partnership with Muthoot Fincorp Ltd, a part of the Muthoot Pappachan Group. The combination of title sponsor for the RCB team includes the heavily valued “jersey-front” logo position, which will be prominent on the playing and training jersey.
