RGV is known for his controversial remarks. Sometimes its about films, sometimes about film personalities and sometimes about politics. Now his remarks are a good mixture and it involves PM Modi.
What is he talking about?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Hyderabad last Saturday and there he praised Telugu cinema for its popularity across the globe.
In his speech he said, “The Telugu Film Industry is going places across the globe. Its popularity is not just among Telugu-speaking people but the entire world now discusses Tollywood. From the silver screen to OTT platform, Telugu cinema has become an area of discussion. Even outside India, people love to watch Telugu films.”
In his political speeches, PM Modi has often referenced Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty starrer Baahubali which achieved fame on an international level.
To this RGV tweeted,
