New JIO Offer of up to 72 GB of Free Data is the News of the Hour

Reliance JIO is again in the news with its new Thunderbolt offer. The telecom network is ready to awe their customers with 20 percent or up to 72 GB of additional 4G data on their purchase of smartphones in a limited period scheme. The New Jio offer is applicable only on the select phones of brand LYF and is available for both Prime members and new acquisitions. Customers can enjoy this ‘20% more data’ on the purchase made on or after June 9 and validity is till the stocks last, says JIO sources.

This New JIO Offer is valid for select 10 LYF Smartphones: Earth 1, Earth 2, Water 1, Water 7s, Water 8, Water 10, Water 11, F1, F1S, and Wind 4S.

Offer Details

The new ‘20% more data’ scheme is available for the customers buying any of the select LYF brand smartphones with a recharge of Rs.309 or of Rs.509. The entitled customers will get one additional 4G data voucher of 6 GB or 12 GB respectively and the additional data will be added within 48 hours of recharge.

Additional Data Vouchers

The customer also have the privilege of getting additional data vouchers for a maximum of six recharges during the period June 9, 2017, and March 31st, 2018, which summarizes to free data of 72 GB in six recharges.

Note: Data, if any remains unused at an end of the recharge cycle period (March 31st, 2018) will expire.

Please note that this offer will not be combined with any other alternative offer of a similar kind. However, the subscriber is allowed to enjoy the benefits of ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ scheme till it lasts and is available. If subscriber migrates from eligible device to any other device then the discounts will be made unavailable.

Reports and Numbers

According to reports, 90% of JIO users have subscribed to its prime membership and up to 76% of them are ready to continue using JIO’s service even after the Promotion Period.

Few sources say that 80% of users are using only JIO sim on their phone and 84% have paid the monthly top-up.
