MP School Asks Kids To Answer Kareena-Saif’s Son’s Name In A Test; Parents Demand Strict Action

It is not an unknown fact that the quality of schools in India keeps degrading and the education system is actually bot able to maintain its credibility. The Academic Heights Public School of Khandwa received a show-cause notice from the Madhya Pradesh school education department for a bizarre reason. An image going viral on the internet shows how the school asked the students to name the full names of Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan’s son as part of an examination.

Parents Complain About Asking Such Useless Questions

After the incident came to the notice of parents, they complained to the education department and demanded action against the school management. “Write the full name of the son of Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan,” the school asked in the current affairs paper of Class 6. The parent body head Anish Jharjhare said that instead of asking such a question, the school should have asked students about historical icons like Maharani Ahilyabai Holkar and Chhatrapati Shivaji.

Mr. Jharjhare also pointed out that the school should be shut down. The district education officer said that he was aware of the matter. “A show-cause notice will be issued to the school. Based on the school’s response, appropriate action will be initiated,” said Sanjiv Bhalerao, Khandwa district education officer. The same examination paper also asked students to name North Korea’s dictator, but the parent’s bodies did not object to it.
