Virat Kohli, the Indian captain, and an enchanting batsman have done it again. Centuries seems like a child’s game for Kohli as he gets another century to his credit. In a second ODI against Australia, India’s run machine Kohli got his 39th century while chasing the target of 298 set by Australia.
India had a decent start with Rohit and Dhawan on the crease. Later on, the match took a turn when they both got dismissed followed by Rayudu on 24 runs.
Kohli has always been terrific when it comes to chasing. Today was not an expectation as the Indian captain took responsibility to make it happen for India. Owing to a loss in the first ODI and a historic victory in the test series, winning second ODI becomes important for the team.
So, as soon as Kohli got his 100 off 108 balls, people took it to Twitter to express their views about the same.

Virat Kohli becomes the first Indian captain to score an ODI century in Australia.
Previous highest ODI score by an Indian captain in Australia:
93 – Mohammad Azharuddin vs AUS in 1992
93 – Sachin Tendulkar vs PAK in 2000#AUSvIND— Sampath Bandarupalli (@SampathStats) January 15, 2019
It is extremely hard to construct a case that Virat Kohli isn't the greatest ODI batsman of all time. Today's century moves him within 10 of Sachin Tendulkar's tally of 49 – Kohli has 246 matches left to score the 11 he needs to pass Tendulkar's tally in fewer matches. #AUSvIND
