The bunch of young talented artists and the vision of direction has ended as a successful movie. A movie titled ‘Kannadakkaagi Ondannu Otti’ cinema is grabbing all the attention of Sandalwood lovers. The visualization and screenplay are getting a positive response from the Kannada industry. The Movie is directed by debutant Kushal which has been shot in various locations across Karnataka.
The shooting has been completed and post-processing is being worked on. The story is a journey based on a Premier Padmini Car which plays a vital role in the movie. It is an out of the box love story which does not relate to usual fights to win over the love. The movie does not contain any item songs as well to keep it easy for all audience groups.
This is a unique story with a different genre to create a new trend in the industry. This being populated as the first Kannada movie under the banner of Edabidangi Talkies, the movie was first pointed out by a different title with posters buzzing around the social media grabbing eyeballs. Indeed the movie has created a lot of expectations before making into a release.
Chikkanna as a Kannada Fighter
The star comedy actor Chikkanna has acted as a Kannada Fighter in the movie, the award-winning actor said –“Its been a great working experience with the young talented people and I really liked the title of the movie. The movie has a good story with a complete package of love, comedy, and action. I feel happy that the film has completed the shooting and is getting ready for the release”. The leading Kannada actor won 3 Times SIIMA awards for the best comedian of the year and was also nominated for IIFA Utsavam Award for Best Performance in a Comic Role.
Cast and Crew
Shatamarshan Avinash, who plays the lead male role in the movie is a drama artist by profession and has also acted in various Kannada serials. The actor’s first appearance is on the silver screen was in a recent flick Dayavittu Gamanisi.
Krishi Thapanda who plays the lead female role in the movie. This Sandalwood Actress known for Akira, Kahi, and Eradu Kanasu was also a part of the Kannada Bigboss Season 5.
The cast also includes veteran actors like Rangayana Raghu who is known for Portraying comic and negative-shaded characters in the movies who has appeared in over 250 films. Harihar Gundurao Dattatreya, popularly known as Dattanna, an Indian actor who has appeared in over 80 films will also be seen along with Suchendra Prasad who is famous as a film and television actor in the movie.
Music and Lyrics
The movie production team has officially confirmed that the sandalwood music sensation, the ace music director also called as the Magical Composer, Arjun Janya has composed songs for the movie – his abilities of mix genres and composition doesn’t need an introduction.
Star singers of Indian television industry Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal, Vijay Prakash will be giving voice to the lyrics written by Kushal and Yograj Bhat. A fresh voice of Sanjith Hegde, winner of the Kannada Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2013, will also be heard.
Official Sources confirm that songs by Sonu Nigam and Shreya Ghoshal are ready, and the audio is all set to launch. Though the dates for the movie release is not confirmed, we are expecting it to be out by early March.
