Almost every Bollywood film has become a target of the boycott trend in recent times. Ahead of the release of Brahamastra, the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer is the latest film to fall victim to the trend. Now, an old statement of the actor on beef has surfaced and people are calling for a boycott of his film.

The boycott culture in Bollywood has a new victim now. Even though the canceled culture did not ruin the Laal Singh Chaddha and Raksha Bandhan largely, one cannot renounce that it has indeed played a crucial part in one way or another.
It is now Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva, that is taking the beating. Netizens have dug out a decade-old interview of Ranbir Kapoor from the promotions of ‘Rockstar’ wherein he talks about his love for food and says he likes to eat beef.
The video is from when Kapoor was promoting Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar, a life-changing film of his career. In the video, he talks about his love for food and admits that he likes beef.
