Kangana Ranaut has been tweeting about Pathaan’s success after the film’s release on January 25. In her latest tweet, Kangana said the country is too biased towards Khans and Muslim actors.
Obsession over Muslim actors
Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut has reacted to footage showing moviegoers dancing and applauding as they watched Shah Rukh Khan’s recent film Pathaan. The Queen actress posted a Tweet recently from a user who had analyzed why Pathaan became a box-office hit.
Kangana stated that it is a really excellent analysis and noted that this nation has at times only and exclusively loved Khans.
Reacting to the tweet, Kangana wrote: “Very good analysis… this country has only and only loved all Khans and at times only and only Khans… And obsessed over Muslim actresses, so it’s very unfair to accuse India of hate and fascism … there is no country like Bharat (Indian flag emoticon) in the whole world (heart eyes, joined hands emojis).”

The original tweet, to which the actor had reacted shared three points of why the film is a runaway success. The Tweet read, “Big Congratulations to @iamsrk & @deepikapadukone for the runaway success of #Pathaan!!! It proves 1) Hindu Muslims love SRK equally 2) Boycott’s controversies don’t harm but help the film 3) Erotica & Good music works 4) India is super secular.”

Shahrukh has always stood by his country. He always gives back in donation to Indian women and children. But when he faces unnecessary negativity, it's obvious people will revolt back. Man literally donated over 100 crs during COVID. PPL just returning the love with pathan

So you are saying India didn't give love to Amitabh bacchan, Rajesh khanna, Dilip kumar, Lata mangeskar, Raj kapoor, Devanand, Rishi kapoor. Just taking the name of legends, there are much more in the list.

@KanganaTeam #Indian cinema has been more egalitarian than western one because here a leading role can be played by a #Muslim actor and no one creates a ruckus about it but still love the film whereas in West it is still not normal to be a person of color and have a leading role.

So you’re saying you’re not part of this country? All you did is attack the Khans for no reason (and others too to be fair to you) and have always played the religion card by calling anything and everything Hinduphobic.

Khans or No Khans, If the movie is good then its Loved and Celebrated. Had it been only about Khans/Muslims all of the previous movies of SRK, Salman and 2 of Aamir’s wouldn’t have tanked at the BO. Stop Generalising AND STOP DOING HATE POLITICS just like @BJP4India

I totally agree! India is a beautiful and diverse country, and it is so important to recognize and celebrate its culture and its people. We should all strive to create an environment that is accepting and tolerant of all peoples and backgrounds. @KanganaTeam
