In a gesture of heartfelt goodwill, Kannada superstar Kichcha Sudeepa has adopted four government schools in the Chitradurga district of Karnataka.
According to a report in Times of India, Kichcha Sudeepa has plans to revolutionize these schools through a ton of initiatives like scholarship programs which will help more children to seek an education at the school. The volunteers of the Kichcha Sudeepa Charitable trust will also ensure that the schools have proper infrastructure, hygienic and have said that the school will serve as a safe space for children to grow and learn.
The major focus of all these schools will be the digitization of education and the Superstar’s team has already started working on it. Computers will be installed in these schools to increase the level of education for the students. Kichcha Sudeepa will take care of the salaries of all the teachers of all the schools including other staff.
The school will be opened once the world will overcome the COVID-19 crisis as per the plans currently.
Kichcha Resumes Shooting
In other news, Kichcha Sudeepa has begun the shoot of his next film Phantom in Hyderabad which will be directed by Anup Bhandari who previously directed Rangitaranga and Rajaratha. The actor took to Twitter to announce the commencement of the shoot and shared the pictures from the set. He wrote,
“#PhantomStartsRolling at Hyderabad. Every minute precautions have been taken care of by the production and its nicer to see great spirits and enthusiasm on set. Each available person is taking every necessary step to remain safe. Hoping for everything to sail through smoothly.”
He also told me that the complete crew is from Karnataka. In another tweet, he wrote,
“Also happy that through it’s a minimized crowd we were allowed to have according to the government rules that’s been laid. Every member onset, may it be Technical, Unit, Production, Art, etc are from KFI. The intention was to provide work to as many members as we could from the family of KFI.”
